Cod fish, baked with smoked paprika and santorinian cherry tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 people
1 cod fish, 2- 3 kilos (piecies) / 25- 30 santorinian cherry tomatoes / 25- 30 cherry onions / smoked paprika / pine nuts / olive oil / white wine from Santorini- Asyrtiko / Salt / Pepper

Preparation
We are baking the cherry tomatoes and onions with three spoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, white wine, salt and fresh ground pepper and 1 spoon of pine nuts for 30 minutes at 180ºC. After that, we cut the cod fish in pieces of 4-5 cm, we add paprika not in the fleshy parts of the fish, 1 teaspoon of pine nuts, 3 spoons of olive oil, salt and we bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
