A reference point for Santorini, since it has contributed significantly to the gastronomic upgrading of the island. Two years ago, it moved to its new location at the veranda of a neoclassical mansion in the yard of a museum in Pyrgos overlooking Akrotiri and Caldera. Giorgos Hatzigiannakis –always creative and pioneering- in cooperation with well-awarded chef Nikos Boukis, have gastronomically launched the modern cuisine of Santorini by winning the Hellenic Cuisine Award. Even theoretically simple dishes, such as fish soup, gain here another dimension with the use of only local raw materials. The Cycladic cheese collection is unique, as well as the wine collection with wines from all producers of the island of different years.
