The oldest art gallery of the island, located at the center of Fira next to the Cathedral, founded in 1981 by the two leading artists in the recent art history of the island: the local painter Christoforos Asimis and the sculptor Eleni Kolaitou. Christoforos Asimis has been acclaimed internationally as the painter of the Santorinian landscape. Eleni Kolaitou is one of the most significant contemporary sculptors in Greece.
